Our team had a meeting session on Google Meet to discuss the preparation to be taken before the event. During the meeting, we came to a conclusion that we will be having three main agendas for our preparation stage including designation of the posters, preparation of the contents for the event and publicity of the event. The tasks were distributed among all the members.
